 General information


 AgroChemistry and Soil Science (ACSS) is a periodical that publishes articles based on the results of theoretical, experimental and methodological studies, as well as review and summarizing articles on topical areas of soil science, agrochemistry, agroecology, agriculture and other sciences, containing reliable scientifically proven results and well-reasoned conclusions.
 Articles are published in Ukrainian, English or Russian in electronic and printed versions. Articles must be original, unpublished earlier, and cannot be submitted simultaneously to other journals.
 Responsibility for the content of the article belongs to the authors, not to the editors or publisher. Authors of documents submitted to AgroChemistry and Soil Science should read the Policy on Copyright and Licensing, Open Access, Confidentiality and Publication Ethics (see below).
 Manuscripts should be prepared and formatted in accordance with the recommendations in the Instructions for Authors.
 Frequency of publication: twice a year (1-2nd and 3-4th quarters).

 AgroChemistry and Soil Science focuses on highlighting scientifically based research results of current trends in various fields of science related to the search for patterns in the spatial distribution of soils and the evolution of soil processes and properties under the influence of natural and anthropogenic factors. The articles published in the ACSS cover a wide range of modern soil problems at different levels – from the genetic horizon in the soil profile to the performance of environmental protection functions by the soil in natural and agricultural landscapes and ensuring sustainable land use.

 AgroChemistry and Soil Science adheres to the Open Access policy, which meets the DOAJ definition of open access.
 Our ethical guidelines are based on the COPE Guidelines of Best Practices for Journal Editors, available online at http://publicationethics.org/resources/code-conduct.
 Full texts of articles, abstracts, illustrations and references are posted on the official website of the journal in the "Archives" section and are available free of charge and without other obstacles. Open access applies to all published material without the embargo period.
 It means that anyone can copy, distribute or otherwise use the published articles for any purpose, provided that the author and ACSS are correctly cited.

 The authors are the copyright holders and grant the journal the first publication rights, and also allow others to share this work with acknowledgment of authorship and primary publication in this collection.
 The licensing policy of ACSS is consistent with the policy of open access and archiving of materials.
 ACSS works under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC).

 It allows anyone to search, read, download, copy, distribute, print, quote or link to the full text of the articles, or use them for other lawful purposes.
 If the article is accepted for publication, the author must sign a License Agreement. The completed and signed Agreement (scanned copy) is sent to the e-mail address of the Editorial Board.

 The confidentiality policy of the ACSS is based on the publication ethics policy and includes the following aspects: full observance of the rights of authors in the procedure for peer review of manuscripts and in the distribution of already published articles; editorial support of the reviewers' right to confidentiality; compliance with the rights of authors and reviewers by members of the editorial board.
 The editors do not disclose information about the manuscripts (including their content, status in the process of consideration, criticism by reviewers or final fate) to other persons, except for the authors and reviewers.
 Editors and reviewers are aware that submitted manuscripts are the privileged and private property of the authors, which obliges them to respect the rights of authors, not publicly discussing their work before the publication of the article and not appropriating their ideas. Reviewers are not allowed to copy manuscripts for their files, nor are they allowed to transfer them to others, except with the permission of the editor.
 The editors do not keep copies of rejected manuscripts.
 Information about the personal data of the reviewer is not published or disseminated

 The editors of the "AgroChemistry and Soil Science" accept for expert consideration only original manuscripts of scientific articles that have not been published earlier and have not been submitted for publication in other journals. The authors guarantee this by signing the License Agreement.
 In the submitted manuscripts at the stage of peer review (before the review procedure), if necessary, for some manuscripts, the level of uniqueness of the author's text is determined using the appropriate software.
 If the level of uniqueness (originality) of the manuscript is less than 75 %, the review of the manuscript is terminated, the verification protocol will be sent to the author. The revealed fact of plagiarism, self-plagiarism or incorrect citation is regarded by the Editors as a violation of publication ethics.
 If plagiarism or incorrect citation is detected, but the level does not exceed 25%, the editors immediately warn the author about the need to rewrite the text or make a link to the original sources and resubmit a new version of the manuscript.
 If plagiarism in any volume is detected after the publication of the article, the Editorial Board analyzes this fact, informs the author and decides to post information about this in the PDF file of the article on the ACSS website, or even withdraw the article from its own website or from those databases where by that time it was already located.
 Plagiarism is the following:
 - verbatim citation of text from articles, books, abstracts of other authors in any volume without reference to the source;
 - use of copies of illustrations (figures, photos, graphs, tables, etc.) by other authors without reference to the source;
 Self-plagiarism:
 - copying large fragments of verbatim text from previously published own articles or books in print and electronic formats without reference to the original source;
 - use of unaltered illustrations from previously published articles or books in print and electronic formats; the author cannot copy his own material for a new manuscript without reference to the source.
 Incorrect citation includes:
 - the absence of graphic highlighting (in quotes) of the verbatim quoted text, even if there is a link to the source;
 - incorrectly formatted bibliographic description of the source, which prevents its identification;
 - absence of references in the text of the article (serial number in square brackets) to the sources given in the article list;
 - the absence in the article list of sources referred to in the text;
 - excessive citation (if there are references to sources and graphic highlighting of the quoted text), the volume of which is not justified by the topic and purpose of the article.
 Recommendations for authors on how to avoid plagiarism, self-plagiarism and incorrect citation are posted on the page "For Authors"

 The decision to withdraw an article – the removal of an already published article from the journal at any time after its publication, is made by the editor of the journal, the editorial board and at the initiative of the author in case of revealing serious problems with the article. The decision to withdraw the article will be made in accordance with the COPE Guidelines (https://doi.org/10.24318/cope.2019.1.4).
 After the decision on retraction is made, the article and its description remain on the publication's website, but a retraction mark is placed on the electronic copy and also in the content. Article indexing stops.
 Reasons for retraction:
 Serious error in analysis or methods that renders the conclusions in the article invalid;
 Faкed or falsified data;
 Image manipulation;
 The presence of plagiarism;
 Duplication of an article in several journals;
 Incorrect author composition;
 Copyright infringement;
 Concealment of a conflict of interest;
 Retraction can be initiated by the author if the journal republishes his material without consent.
 Retraction is not carried out due to minor editorial errors that may affect the interpretation of individual elements of the article, but the scientific integrity of the article remains unchanged. In this case, the article will be corrected on the journal's website and a corresponding notice will be added to the electronic text of the article.

 The editors keep in their own electronic archives the submitted versions (originals) of the accepted manuscripts. The published versions are stored in electronic format on the website (since 2014) in the "Archive" section, and in paper format (since 1966) – in the scientific library of the National Scientific Center "Institute for Soil Science and Agrochemistry Research named after O. N. Sokolovsky" (Kharkiv) without embargo.
 Full versions of published articles in electronic format are also kept on the portal of National Scientific Library named after V.I. Vernadsky (Kyiv).
 Unaccepted manuscripts are not kept.











 Review procedure

 Reviewing a manuscript is carried out as a process of obtaining from experts in a certain area an assessment of the scientific significance of an article and a conclusion on the possibility of its publication, identification of shortcomings and recommendations to authors and editors to improve quality.
 The editors of the AgroChemistry and Soil Science take measures to ensure high professional and ethical standards based on the Principles of Transparency and Best Practice of Scientific Publishing.
 The editors conduct a comprehensive peer review of manuscripts to eliminate plagiarism and ensure quality publications.
 The peer review procedure is mandatory for all manuscripts submitted for consideration to select the most relevant and acceptable for publication works in order to maintain a high scientific level of the ACSS.
 Reviewers are members of the Editorial Board of the AgroChemistry and Soil Science or independent highly professional external experts who have their own publications on the topic of the manuscript to be reviewed.
 Peer review assists the editor in making editorial decisions, and also helps the author improve the article.
 The AgroChemistry and Soil Science uses one-sided blind peer review: the article metadata is disclosed to the reviewer, and the reviewer's personal data is not disclosed to the authors.

 1. Initial control regarding the completeness and correctness of execution and compliance with Manuscript Requirements (see below). Executed by the executive secretary;
 2. Initial expert assessment of the manuscript and the definition of a reviewer from the editorial board in charge of the relevant scientific direction, or an external reviewer. Preference is given to reviewers who are known experts in the subject matter of this manuscript and who have published in this area of research over the past 10 years. Executed by the editor-in-chief or his deputy;
 3. Determination of the level of uniqueness of the author's text (check for plagiarism) is carried out by an editorial officer;
 4. The manuscript is reviewed by the selected reviewer. The duty of the reviewer is to objectively assess the content of a scientific article, determine its compliance with the scientific directions of the journal and conduct a thorough analysis of the advantages and disadvantages, while observing the relevant rules of publication ethics. The term for reviewing the manuscript by the reviewer does not exceed three weeks.
 The editors recommend downloading and using for reviewing the typical Review form developed by the editors and posted on the website.
 The main aspects to be peer reviewed by the reviewer:
 • relevance of the raised scientific problem;
 • theoretical and applied significance of research;
 • the adequacy of the selected methodological approaches;
 • correctness of the given mathematical calculations, graphs, figures;
 • observance by the authors of the rules of scientific ethics, correctness of references to literature.
 • personal contribution of the author to the solution of the problem.
 • the authenticity and validity of the conclusions of the author (s) in this work.
 • correlation of the author's conclusions with modern scientific concepts.
 Based on the results of reviewing the manuscript, the reviewer can recommend (after eliminating the identified deficiencies) or not recommend the article for publication. In any case, the reviewer must justify his decision in the review.
 The editors recommend the reviewer to give advice to authors (especially young scientists) on possible ways to improve the quality of the manuscript.
 The reviewer sends the completed review to the editorial office by e-mail in the form of a scanned copy.
 5. The reviewer may refuse to review if, after getting acquainted with the work, he admits his own insufficient qualifications on the issues discussed in the manuscript, or if a conflict of interest is identified. In this case, the Editor-in-Chief (or his deputy) sends the manuscript to another reviewer. Additional reviewing can also be assigned in case of acute controversy of the provisions expressed in the manuscript.
 6. The editorial office sends the authors electronic copies of reviews (unnamed so as not to disclose information about the reviewer) or a reasoned refusal of the editorial board to publish the manuscript, as well as the editor's recommendations for improving the manuscript (the executor is the secretary of the editorial board).
 7. After the final editing of the improved (corrected by the author) manuscript, the final version is agreed with the author. It is the responsibility of the contact author to ensure that all coauthors are familiar with the final version of the manuscript.
 The materials received by the editors are not returned to the authors even if the manuscript is rejected.




 Publication ethics


 The Editorial board of the AgroChemistry and Soil Science in its activities to comply with international ethical rules is guided by the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE, www.publicationethics.org), Instructions of the European Association of Science Editors (www.ease.org.uk ) and the standards declared by Elsevier (Publishing Ethics Resource Kit).
 The ethics of the AgroChemistry and Soil Science includes a list of ethical obligations of editors, reviewers and authors. Compliance with these requirements is a guarantee of the rights and responsibilities of all participants in the publishing process.

 The author, realizing his responsibility to the scientific community for the quality of the publication, must guarantee the following:
 • the manuscript was created specifically for publication in AgroChemistry and Soil Science, was not published earlier and was not sent simultaneously to other journals;
 • the manuscript was created on the basis of the results of the author's own research, and the conclusions are based on a personal impartial position;
 • data is reliable, obtained as a result of original research work, not falsified or borrowed.
 • regarding data not obtained by the author himself, the sources of information are clearly indicated;
 • cited only those publications, ideas or results of which were used in the process of setting tasks, or in the analysis of the results obtained, as well as those that influenced the definition of the nature of the work and are necessary for understanding the essence of the work. The list of cited publications is complete and is formed according to the Instructions for authors AgroChemistry and Soil Science;
 • the manuscript does not contain excessive borrowing, unformulated quotations, paraphrasing, appropriation of rights to the results of other people's research;
 • all persons who participated in the research are mentioned in the manuscript as co-authors or they are thanked; all co-authors saw the final edition of the manuscript, agree with its publication and are responsible for the data, conclusions and citing sources;
 • information obtained privately, in the course of conversation, correspondence or discussion with third parties, is not used in the manuscript without the explicit permission of the researcher from whom this information was obtained;
 • in the manuscript of the review article, the author relies on his own research (analysis) and personal understanding of the compiled literary material;
 • the manuscript clearly identifies any hazards and risks associated with conducting research;
 • the author undertakes to inform the editorial board of any conflict of interest if it arises during (or as a result of) the preparation of the manuscript;
 • in the process of preparing the manuscript, the author was guided by the rules for authors AgroChemistry and Soil Science;
 • the author should, in the case of a significant error or inaccuracy in an already published work, to notify urgently the editor-in-chief of the ACSS and cooperate with him to refute or correct the article in the next issue.

 The review is the main tool for determining the quality of the manuscript, improving the author's text, and is the main argument for deciding whether to publish. The most important thing in the work of a reviewer is his professionalism and impartiality and confidentiality. Peer review assists the editor in making editorial decisions, and through editorial communication with the author can help the author improve the article.
 Reviewers should adhere to the COPE Guidelines for Ethical Guidelines for Reviewers.

 The reviewer can be a scientist with experience in research work on the subject of the evaluated manuscript.
 The reviewer cannot be the co-author of the peer-reviewed work, the supervisor of the author (co-authors) and an employee of the department where the author (co-authors) works.
 The reviewer must as objectively as possible evaluate the presented experimental or theoretical work, its interpretation and presentation, and also determine the compliance of the work with scientific and linguistic standards. The reviewer must respect the intellectual independence of the authors.
 If the reviewer doubts his competence in any of the key aspects of the work, or he/she has a conflict of interest with the author or the organization that submitted the manuscript for consideration, or he/she does not have enough time to familiarize himself/herself with the work, he/she is obliged to inform the editor-in-chief and refuse peer review.
 The reviewer must maintain confidentiality and not discuss the content of the manuscript with persons not involved in the publication workflow, and also not use unpublished data contained in the work without the official permission of the authors.
 The reviewer should take into account the possibility of a conflict of interest in the case when the manuscript in question is related to the current or published work of the reviewer. If in doubt, the reviewer should immediately return the manuscript to the editorial board without a review, indicating a conflict of interest.
 The reviewer should draw the editor's attention to any significant similarities between the reviewed manuscript and another published work. In the case when the reviewer is sure that any part of the text, illustrations, conclusion or argument has already been published earlier, that is, there is plagiarism or verbatim copying of the author's earlier works (self-plagiarism), he/she must inform the editor. Any statement by the reviewer that an observation, conclusion, or suggestion was previously known must be supported by an appropriate quotation.
 The reviewer should point to relevant published articles on the subject of the manuscript, which the authors should cite, but not cited.
 The reviewer is obliged to clearly argue his comments, which must be accompanied by an appropriate link.
 The reviewer should be aware that a delay in sending a review to the editorial office might be regarded as an improper gaining of a competitive advantage.
 The editors recommend downloading and using for reviewing the typical review form.

 The activities of the Editor-in-Chief, members of the Editorial Board and staff of the editorial office of the AgroChemistry and Soil Science are based on the observance of moral standards in relations with authors and reviewers.
 All papers submitted to the journal go through thematic selection and scientific peer review. The editorial board has the right to reject the manuscript or return it for revision.
 The editor-in-chief and the editorial board evaluate the manuscript impartially, solely according to its scientific content - regardless of race, gender, religious beliefs, nationality, citizenship, origin, social status, political views and place of work of the authors.
 Decisions on publication are made on the basis of scientific reviews and conclusions of the members of the editorial board regarding the compliance of this work with generally accepted criteria, objectives and goals of the journal and its importance to the scientific community. The process of peer review of manuscripts should be as objective as possible. The final decision on the possibility of publishing the manuscript is made by the editor-in-chief and / or the editorial board of the AgroChemistry and Soil Science.
 The editor-in-chief and the editorial board should not have a conflict of interest related to the manuscripts that they reject or accept, and they should also avoid involving scientists in the review process who may have a conflict of interest with the author.

 If any of the editors / members of the editorial board becomes aware of their own conflict of interest already during the consideration of the manuscript, he must inform other members of the board, leave the review process and delegate his powers to another editor / member of the editorial board.
 The editors / editorial board maintain the confidentiality of the manuscript review process and do not allow information to be disclosed outside the circle of persons involved in the publication workflow. None of the persons familiar with the content of the submitted works can use the information provided there without the official permission of the authors.
 The conclusions and proposals of scientific reviewers (without identifying the identity of the reviewer) and the editor are sent only to the author's email address for use in correcting the manuscript.
 Neither the editors nor the editorial board are responsible for the opinions expressed by the authors and views on the interpretation of the research results described in the manuscript of the article.
 Unpublished materials disclosed in the manuscript may not be used in the editors' own research without the written permission of the author.



 Financing and pricing policy

 Financing of the publication of the AgroChemistry and Soil Science is carried out at the expense of the NSC ISSAR (publisher) and the authors of the articles.
 The author or the author's team of the article reimburses the cost of publishing the article at the rate of 55 UAH per page (including the costs of editorial processing, printing and placement in databases). The cost of one page may change when the prices of the work producers change.
 The author of the article (or a group of authors) receives one printed copy of the journal free of charge.
 Employees of the NSC ISSAR, members of the editorial board and graduate students of the stationary form of education (if the graduate student is the only one author of the manuscript) are exempted from payment.
 Distribution of electronic texts of individual articles and the collection as a whole in PDF format is free on the ACSS website.
 Dissemination of printed copies of the AgroChemistry and Soil Science is carried out through the web-site of the NSC ISSAR. The price of one printed copy is equal to the price determined by the printing house for the issue.

Editorial Board

    


 The Editorial board includes experts in the field of soil science, agrochemistry, agriculture, soil conservation. They are independent reviewers and competent experts each in their particular field of science. Members of the Editorial board have the experience of publishing in international scientific journals, which provides a high level of review of manuscripts.

 When necessary, specialists who are not members of the editorial board, but who are experts of a narrow subject and are also involved in the examination of the manuscripts. All experts in the process of reviewing manuscripts are liable and confidential.

 The "AgroChemistry and Soil Science" invites authors to submit to the Editorial Board manuscripts in Ukrainian, English or Russian, drawn up in accordance with this instruction, which takes into account the rules of Ukrainian spelling (2019), the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for scientific professional publications, national publishing standards and the requirements of scientometric databases.

 (1) PDF file - manuscript of the article (“ivanchuk.pdf”);
 (2) DOC-file - manuscript of the article, applicable to editing “ivanchuk.doc”;
 (3) Each graphic illustration in a separate file in the original editor suitable for editing (“ivanchuk_fig1.eps”; “ivanchuk_fig1.ps”; “ivanchuk_fig2.cdr”) ;
 (4) DOC-file - questionnaire of the authors of the manuscript (“ivanchuk_info.doc”). Load template file ACSS-Info-ukr_en_rus.doc.
 (5) DOC -file - a license agreement for the use of a scientific work - a scanned copy (“ivanchuk_license agreement.u.doc”). Download template files - ACSS-Licen_agreement-en.rtf or ACSS-Licen_agreement-en.pdf It is sent only after approval to the publication.
 Materials should be sent to the editorial secretary at tnlaktionova@ukr.net or agrochemsoilsci.org@gmail.com.
 The manuscript should be typed in the "Word" or "Open Office" editor in Arial font, size for the main text - 10 pt., For titles and text in tables and figures - 9 and 8 pt. (to clarify the point size in different parts of the manuscript, use the ACSS-Template-en).
 Margins: top and bottom - 2 cm, left and right - 3 cm. The beginning of a paragraph is indented 1.25 cm. Line spacing in the text, tables and figures is single. The total volume of the manuscript of the article is at least 8-10 pages, the short message is at least 5 pages.

 The manuscript of research article in English should contain the following components:
 1. Title part: UDC; article title; the initials and surnames of the authors; the official name of the institution where the work was performed, city, country; the email address of the contact author.
 2. Extended abstract (summary) in the language of the manuscript of at least 1800 characters (including keywords). The abstract should include the following: the rationale, purpose and objectives of the article, the methods used, the objects under study, the main results, the author's conclusion.
 3. Key words or phrases (5–8 words) in the language of the manuscript;
 4. Introduction (brief critical analysis of publications and results obtained earlier; substantiation of the choice of the topic of the article, novelty, author's contribution; necessarily – the goal and objectives of the article);
 5. Objects (materials) and research methods (detailed description of objects, methods of field experiments, substantiation of the choice of analytical work methods, calculation methods, etc.);
 6. Research results (recommended division into subsections – 3.1; 3.2. Etc.….);
 7. Discussion (analysis) of research results (not combined with the "Results" section);
 8. Conclusions and prospects for further research;
 9. Acknowledgments (if necessary);
 10. References (№№ in the sequence of citation);
 11. Title part in Ukrainian;
 12. Extended annotation in Ukrainian (at least 1800 characters including keywords);
 13. Key words in Ukrainian;
 14. Title part in Russian;
 16. Annotation in Russian;
 17. Key words in Russian.
 A special template for the design of the manuscript with samples of the design of all parts and instructions for the size of the typographic unit can be downloaded: ACSS-Template-en.doc.

 All illustrations should be referenced in the text above in brackets (Table 1; Fig. 1), or without brackets.
 None of the illustrations may include information found in other illustrations or text.
 Graphic materials (drawings, diagrams, photographs, etc.) are placed in the text of the manuscript. Additionally, graphic materials are submitted in separate files in their original form (in the editor in which they were created) for the purpose of possible editing, if necessary.
 Graphs and diagrams should be in vector format files (PS, EPS, CDR). Photographs should be clear and suitable for high quality reproduction (no less than 300 dpi). All explanations to the figure (font Arial, size 8 pt) should be placed between the figure and the caption to it (font Arial, size 9 pt, italics). The text within the picture itself should be kept to a minimum. The size of the picture is the minimum allowed. The use of color illustrations is recommended, but in the printed version of the collection the illustrations will be black and white, therefore, when choosing colors, the author must make sure that the drawing in black and white will be understandable.
 In captions to cartographic materials, the scale must be indicated, and for micrographs - the degree of magnification.
 Tables are placed in the text of the manuscript after the first reference. The name of the table (font Arial, size 9 pt., Italics) should disclose its content. The table should be no more than one page in size (portrait orientation). The main font in the table is Arial, size 9 pt. Notes to the table or footnote are placed in the last line of the table (font Arial, size 8 pt.). All symbols, abbreviations and designations should be deciphered in the notes

 Abbreviations, except for the generally accepted ones, are not allowed either in the text or in illustrations. Abbreviations should be deciphered after the first use of the terms.
 Units of measurement of physical quantities should be given in accordance with the International SI system. Mathematical formulas and equations should be created in the editor Microsoft Equation, which is part of the text editor Microsoft Word or Open Office.
 Special characters (including the names of companies, equipment, chemicals, equipment, etc.) should be given in their original spelling (not translated).
 When referring to foreign authors in the text, do not translate their surname.
 The names of plants and microorganisms must be duplicated in Latin.
 The author should be very careful when entering terms in Latin letters – it is imperative to switch the keyboard (!!).
 References to sources of information in the text of the manuscript should be given in square brackets and sequentially numbered in the order of citation (starting with "[1]").
 Do not include in the final list of sources a reference to State Standards (DSTU, ISO) and other normative documents that describe research methods or statistical compilations. You need to refer to them in footnotes, with sequential numbering along the text of the article.
 References to copyright certificates and patents should be indicated in the list of sources.
 References are formatted in accordance with the APA style (AMERICAN PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSOCIATION (APA) REFERENCING STYLE).
 Please note that you need to cite both classic and newest publications (last 3-5 years) in the leading specialized publications of the world (in English), be sure to indicate their DOI or URL, the correctness (activity) of which should be checked.
 It is possible to refer to manuscripts (abstracts, dissertations, reports, etc.) only if they are available on the web, that is, they have an email address (URL) of the full text.
 Examples of the design of the list of links can be seen in the articles of the latest issue of the ACSS on the site. Please do not use a "numbered list" (from the "Numbering Library" in Word).
 Examples of using punctuation marks in text and illustrations:
 hyphen "-" – only in compound words, without separation. Example: "scientific and technical";
 short dash “–” – to indicate an interval, from – to without separation. Example: pages 12-19, years 2001-2015, but 2017/2018 agricultural year;
 Dash keys: - Alt + 0150 or Ctr + minus on the numeric keypad;

 The activities of the editor-in-chief, members of the editorial board and staff of the editorial board of the ACSS, related to the development and publication of manuscripts, are based on the observance of ethical standards in relations with authors and reviewers ("Ethics").
 All manuscripts are independently reviewed by scientists who conduct research on related topics and have publications in specialized publications included in the List of Scientific Publications of Ukraine, or in publications included in international scientometric databases. The review procedure is described in detail in the section "About”
 After receiving a positive decision from the reviewer, the editorial board sends the author the comments and suggestions of the reviewer and editor and an invoice to pay the cost of the publication. The cost of publishing one page of the article and the terms of payment are indicated in the section "Financing and pricing policy" in the section "About".
 The author must pay the cost of publication by invoice and send a scanned copy or photo of a bank check (receipt) to the editorial office's email address.
 The author is obliged to take into account all the comments of the reviewer and the editor (or to justify the rejection of the proposed changes in the manuscript) and send the corrected and revised material to the editorial office within a period of not more than 30 days. If the submission deadline is exceeded, the manuscript will be considered new.
 The editors reserve the right to make grammatical and stylistic corrections and, if necessary, return the manuscript again for revision.
 A fully prepared final version of the manuscript is sent to the author for review.
 After that, the article will be published in the next issue of ACSS, posted on the publication's website, assigned a DOI (digital object identifier) index and registered in scientometric and abstract databases listed in the Indexing and Abstraction section.

 It should be remembered that the purpose of writing an article is to cover, disclose the results of scientific research (assessment, analysis), and not to formulate and conduct research.
 You should choose the original sources – the edition where the argument you need was first published.
 Do not duplicate data in tables and figures in the text in any case.
 The admissible level of self-citation is no more than 5 %.
 Links to textbooks and electronic sources of a non-scientific nature, to encyclopedias, dictionaries and reference books are undesirable.
 Do not abbreviate the names of cities in the bibliographic description.
 For a verbatim quotation, it is imperative to use quotation marks ("…") and do not change the author's text in the quotation. Use a space and three dots for the omitted part of the quote.You should try to generalize information obtained from different sources, using your own inferences.
 Don't start a paragraph with a quote, initials, or the author's surname.
 The author must have permission to reproduce illustrations, tables, figures taken from other authors and / or sources, if the authors or copyright holders prohibit the use of their materials without special approval. Permission must be placed at the bottom under each item.
 To avoid accusations of auto-plagiarism, you should not copy fragments of unchanged text from your own, previously published works, without referring to the primary source. Most editors and reviewers think auto-plagiarism is unethical.
 Watch for the correctness of citation: refer to primary sources, do not cite sources that are not directly related to the topic of the article, completely and correctly fill out the bibliographic description, do not allow inconsistencies in citations in the text and the list of sources.
